PRICE, Lester – (Class of ’55)
Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, on Tuesday, August 24, 2004, loving husband, father and grandfather, Lester Price of Gander in his 67^th year. Born in Loreburn on August 18, 1937, Lester worked at ATC for 32 years, and in his spare time enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping. Predeceased by his parents, Simeon and Minnie Price; brothers, Raymond and Bill: and sister, Annie. Left with loving memories are his wife, Shirley Price (nee Drover); son, Shawn (Kim) of Halifax; daughter, Lana (Rick) Malcolm of Gander; brothers, Stan of Mississauga, Ont., Clarence (Priscilla) of Eastport, NL; sisters, Mildred (Harold) Butler of Corner Brook, NL, Blanche Jacobs of Clarenville, NL; and grandchildren, Dylan and Ethan. Funeral service took place Saturday, August 28th from Fraser Road United Church, Gander. Inurnment at All Saints Cemetery. Donations may be made in his memory to the Arthritis Society.
