Jeannette (Knee) Singleton

Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit, I.A. Miller Centre, in the presence of her loving family and friends on March 28, 2009, Jeannette Singleton at age 67. Predeceased by her husband Karl and her parents Olive and Abby Knee. Leaving to mourn her son Ken (Wendy) Matthews; grandchildren Andrew and Sara (Stephen Penney) Breen; great-grandchild Rachael Penney; sisters: Marilyn (Jerry) Pasternak; Barbara (Blair) Nicholson; aunt Nina Snow; cousin Vera (Al) Jewer; special friends: Alma Maher, Peggy Fowler, Hilda Milley and Brenda (Peter) Wood; also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 72 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl on Wednesday, April 1, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Service from Barrett’s Chapel on Thursday April 2 at 2 p.m. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her memory may be made to Dr. H.
