After graduation I moved back to my home at Burlington
and spent some time in the fishing and logging industries,
worked with a group of geologists, and taught in rural schools
. In 1966 I moved to Grand Falls and began a career in
construction equipment and truck repair with positions
from mechanic to service manager. In 1969 I married Claudene
and have one daughter who is a teacher and theater
graduate. In April, 2004, I retired from teaching at a
private college of trades. I now alternate between part time
diagnostic repairs on electronic diesel engines with a
local shop and sawing lumber at a small sawmill owned by
my brother and I. We live at 1 Larch Street, Grand Falls-
Windsor NL. Visitors are welcome!
